The British Retail Consortium has developed a series of standards which are benchmarked against the Global Food Safety Initiatives guidance document. The most well known standard is the BRC Global Standard in Food Safety Issue 6.
Food Fix has a number of consultants who are trained BRC 3rd party auditors and also work on a contract basis undertaking audits for the major Certification Bodies.
This puts Food Fix in a strong position when helping businesses conduct a GAP analysis against the standard, undertaking Internal Audits or building a Food Safety and Quality Management System from scratch.
