At Food Fix we have worked really hard to ensure that our credentials support the professional service we offer. Below you will find some of the reasons you should use Food Fix.

Food Fix employs consultants that are BRC trained 3rd Party Auditors. Some of our consultants also work as contractors to the UK's Certification Bodies undertaking BRC Global Food Standard audits on a regular basis, resulting in a team of well informed BRC professionals. 

SALSA is a food safety standard for small and medium sized food businesses that want to supply into large customers, such as supermarkets, on a regional basis. We employ auditors that have been screened by SALSA, attend their training sessions and are formally approved as SALSA mentors and auditors.

Food Fix is an approved qualifications centre for the Royal Society for Public Health food safety and HACCP training courses. The courses we offer are certificated and delivered by experienced trainers with experience of working in food factories.

We are also approved by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance to conduct their Food safety,HACCP, and Health and Safety training courses. All HABC qualifications are approved by Ofqual and fully certificated.

Food Fix consultants qualifications, experience and continuing professional development are reviewed annually by the Institute of Food Science and Technology to ensure that we can be listed on the IFST Register of Professional Auditors and Mentors
