Last week was filled with good news for Food Fix and their clients. Two clients, George Abrahams Trading and Double A Kebab were both issued with BRC certificates.
George Abrahams Trading does it again
George Abrahams Trading renewed their BRC Agents and Brokers certification whilst the BRC auditor was being witnessed by UKAS (a nerve-racking experience for all!), and Double A Kebab achieved their well-earned BRC Food certification with an amazing A grade.
George Abrahams Trading was one of the UK’s first meat traders to gain BRC certification during 2015. Since their first audit they have worked hard, with a little help from Food Fix, to maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management System in pristine condition. George Abrahams Trading are now established members of the BRC community following their second successful BRC audit.
Double A Kebab – First audit and Grade A
Double A Kebab, manufacturers of doner kebabs and other meat products and preparations, have been working throughout 2016 with Food Fix to ensure that they have one of the best meat processing facilities in the UK. This hard work has been endorsed by their BRC Certification Body and the award of a BRC Grade A. Not only did Double A Kebab achieve BRC Food grade A, they also successfully tackled the “Traded Goods” Voluntary Module and this has been added to the sites certification.
This has been a great week at Food Fix which has crowned a fantastic summer. Since June Food Fix has helped two Agents and Brokers, a Storage and Distribution company and a Food business achieve @BRC_Standards certification.
Ian Trevor, the Managing Director of Food Fix, is a BRC screened BRC Registered Consultant.
